The monthly option is 4 smaller payments of $23.50 per month for up to 4 months. One time is a discounted price. Monthly also will slow release the Spiking Power phases each month (4 phases). You will have access to everything else! Once the 4th payment hits, you’ll have access to it for life including all the updates. If you cancel before the last payment, you will lose access.
Note that the monthly description at checkout says “until you cancel” but you will not be charged more than the 4 payments at the agreed price. After the 4th payment you will have access to the entire program for life.

Yes! Every athlete who signs up will get the option to send me their spike for me to analyze using the Spiking Sequence Guides. Because this is not a membership, there will only be one - but this one analysis will guide them throughout the program with individualized tips for their technique. Plus athletes can send me their progress to look at overtime, and if you got the Super Early Bird Offer, you can get your FULL Game film analyzed.

This is different for everyone! I’ve had athletes gain 10 km in one session, go from the 70’s to 80’s, 80 to 90 just with technique training and learning to use their body well within the Spiking Sequence. With the optimal strength and skill training for spiking you get in this program, you can improve your spike - by how much and how long is different for everyone.

This program is for any one that wants to improve their spiking. The 16 week Spiking Power program is designed to increase your strength and technique for spiking. This is great for young athletes developing or any advanced or pro athlete that wants to go to the next level.
The Smooth Spiking Protocol is designed to maintain or introduce you to spiking training. This can be done as an introduction to Spiking Power, after Spiking Power to maintain. It’s great for older athletes who want to work on their mobility and shoulder strength, or advanced/pro athletes that just want to maintain mobility and shoulder strenghth. -
Every athlete can send me their spike videos in our in-app chat. You can send me your video with the Spiking Sequence Guides on it or not.

The Spiking Sequence guides are based off a check-point system. Once you set it up over your video, the lines act as guides or zones to pass. Athletes then mark if they entered or did not enter that zone and come up with a score.

There are 2 types of guides, the Spiking Sequence Guides and the Spiker’s Mobility guides. You can find and download these in the app to put on your videos. In the app there are also videos to teach you how to use them.

Having a full gym is ideal but there are alternative exercises for some of the exercises in the program. Throughout the phases, you’ll at least need a gym 3 times per week.

Having access to free weights, medicine balls, cable machines, and resistance bands are ideal. A volleyball, a wall and a court are ideal as well.

A court with a net and a partner are ideal to practice your spike over the net with the specific trajectory and timing of a set, but not mandatory. You can still practice the Spiking Sequence on your own against a wall.

No! You keep access to the program plus all its updates for life. Athletes can repeat the program and progress in the exercises, do the Smooth Spiking protocol or the other workouts in the program.

Spiking Power has tons of educational content specific for improving your spike. There are guides for mindfulness when spiking, teaching you how to practice spiking by yourself, how to score more and so much more.

There are optional pool workouts. These are recommended to do especially in phase 1, but there are alternates if you do not have access to a pool.
